Terms of Service

1. What SilphBoard is

SilphBoard is a free, public dashboard showing current and upcoming Pokémon GO events, raid bosses, egg pools, and field research, sourced from the LeekDuck community site via the ScrapedDuck project. It is a hobby project built and run by an individual, Audun, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Scopely, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Game Freak. Pokémon and all related marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accepting these terms

By using SilphBoard — with or without an account — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Data accuracy

Event, raid, and research data is scraped from a third-party community source and ultimately reflects the game's own in-game content, which can change without notice. We do our best to keep things accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it. Don't rely on SilphBoard as the sole source of truth for anything time-sensitive or important — always double-check in-game.

4. Guest profiles and accounts

Most of the site works without registering. If you create a guest profile or an account, please use accurate information and don't impersonate someone else. You're responsible for keeping your device, cookies, and login credentials secure — we can't undo actions taken through an account or guest profile you failed to protect.

5. Community features & screenshot uploads

Leaderboards, meetup check-ins, and scoreboards are opt-in and, when enabled, visible to your community. Only upload screenshots of your own game client, and don't upload anything containing someone else's personal information. We may remove submissions that look faked, manipulated, or unrelated to the feature they were submitted for.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Attack, overload, or try to disrupt the service (e.g. scraping it aggressively or running denial-of-service traffic).
• Attempt to access another person's account, guest profile, or data without permission.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Use the site to harass or impersonate other trainers or communities.

We may suspend or remove access, accounts, or guest profiles that violate these rules.

7. Ownership

Pokémon GO game content, names, and imagery belong to Scopely, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, and Game Freak. The SilphBoard code, design, and compilation of event data are ours. Screenshots you upload remain yours — by uploading one, you give us permission to store and display it for the feature you submitted it to (like a scoreboard).

8. No warranty

SilphBoard is provided "as is," free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or accurate, and features may change or be discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of SilphBoard or reliance on the data it shows, including missed events, incorrect raid information, or downtime.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use SilphBoard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
